1. Services
Kujo’s Transports provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. All services are performed by appointment and subject to availability.
2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the size, weight, and volume of items to be removed.

Final pricing may adjust if actual load differs from initial estimate.

All invoices must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
4. Liability

Kujo’s Transports is insured and takes reasonable care during removal.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.

Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, etc.) are not accepted.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe access to the property and items scheduled for removal.

Obtain necessary approvals if service is performed at an apartment, condo, or business property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
