Cancellation Policy
By booking with Kujo’s Transports, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking - All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to crew and truck availability. - Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. 2. Cancellation - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may apply deposits toward a future booking within 90 days. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service. - No-shows (crew arrives and client is unavailable) are charged in full. 3. Rescheduling - Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to crew availability. - Same-day reschedules may require an additional fee. 4. Refunds - Completed services are non-refundable. - Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges or cancellations initiated by Kujo’s Transports. 5. Liability - Kujo’s Transports is insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages at the service location. - Clients must ensure safe access for our crew (parking, loading area, building/HOA permissions).
