Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
1. General Policy
All payments for junk removal and cleanout services are non-refundable once services have been completed. Our pricing reflects labor, disposal fees, transportation, and scheduling costs.

2. Deposits

If a deposit is required to secure a booking, deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

If Kujo’s Transports cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled service.
3. Service Cancellations

24 Hours or More Notice: No cancellation fee. Deposit (if paid) may be applied to a future booking.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service may be charged.
4. Disputed Services

If you are dissatisfied with service, you must notify us before our team leaves the site so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Refunds or credits will not be issued once the team has left and service has been documented as completed.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments made in error.

Service cancellation by Kujo’s Transports where rescheduling is not possible.
