Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. General Policy

All payments for junk removal and cleanout services are non-refundable once services have been completed. Our pricing reflects labor, disposal fees, transportation, and scheduling costs.

2. Deposits

  • If a deposit is required to secure a booking, deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • If Kujo’s Transports cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled service.

 

3. Service Cancellations

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: No cancellation fee. Deposit (if paid) may be applied to a future booking.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service may be charged.

 

4. Disputed Services

  • If you are dissatisfied with service, you must notify us before our team leaves the site so we can resolve the issue immediately.

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued once the team has left and service has been documented as completed.

 

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.

  • Service cancellation by Kujo’s Transports where rescheduling is not possible.
